Instructor Terms & Conditions

1. Authority to Register

• You warrant that you are the legal owner, head instructor, or an expressly authorized representative of the martial arts club being registered.
• You agree to provide a valid Business Number (ABN/EIN) upon request to verify business legitimacy.
• We reserve the right to revoke access if authority cannot be verified.

2. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your club’s profile. This includes:

• Ensuring contact details and addresses are current.
• Only listing physical locations where classes actually take place (no "ghost" locations).
• Avoiding misleading health claims regarding martial arts training.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos and logos you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Websites Victoria a non-exclusive license to display it on our Service and in marketing materials.

You acknowledge that the Service allows public reviews. You may not post fake reviews for your own club or disparage competitors. Harassment of reviewers will result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Websites Victoria is a directory service. We are not a party to agreements made between you and students, and we are not liable for injuries or financial losses occurring at your place of business.
